Chocolate Chia Pudding

Sugar Free, Dairy Free Dessert Recipe: Chocolate Chia Pudding

  • 3/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened, plain
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 droppers (half full) Sweetleaf Chocolate Liquid Stevia or sweetener of choice
  • Optional: coconut cream, sliced almonds, fresh berries

 

 

  • Whisk together the almond milk, cocoa, chia, vanilla and stevia in a small bowl.
  • Pour evenly into 2 serving glasses or mason jars.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Serve chilled topped with coconut cream, almonds, berries, the possibilities are endless.
