Dear PEC Parents,
You’ve read the news. We’re living in a time when public schools are increasingly facing financial challenges with fiscal constraints at the state and local level. But, stellar public education remains an imperative for a strong society. My husband and I are grateful to live in such a beautiful community. It’s for that reason we’re committed to ensuring our daughters have the chance to live in a wonderful environment, amid a nurturing community, AND have access to the education they deserve as future contributing members of society.
Please join us and help support PEC by showing your “spirit” with a gift to the Spirit Fund to support the needs of the school through the PTA’s fundraising. The Spirit Fund is the most direct way to philanthropically support our children’s school and, in light of budget cuts from the state, there is no greater a time for your support than now.
We invite you to consider a gift this year at one of our special levels, as we launch this year’s SPIRIT Fund with a goal to raise a minimum of $40,000. The Spirit Fund is a great way to kick off the year with our support to ensure the PTA has the ability to fund the greatest needs for our school. Your support helps make things possible such as Music, Art, Science and the highly regarded M.A.R.E program at PEC.

We’ve made it easy for you to make your gift. Either download, fill out the PTA SPIRIT Form (PDF) and submit with cash or check in the school office, or you can pay via credit card through PayPal. You can even set up a recurring monthly payment amount to spread your pledge out. All donations to the SPIRIT Fund are 100% TAX DEDUCTIBLE and eligible for employee matching funds — ask your HR team about this great benefit.
