News from PTA President
Hello, PEC Families! It has been a while since I have written and so I wanted to say hello!
It has been an exciting and interesting school year so far. Very innovative things happening with our curriculum, brought about with the creativity and hard work of our PEC teachers, staff and school district. I am truly grateful for their efforts in creating a new and current ways for our children to learn in this ever-evolving world. It’s often not easy for any of us, staff or students and families, but much needed. We are on the crest of a new wave and I am grateful for all the hard work of staff and fortitude of all during this time.
On the PTA front, things have been running very smoothly. All your PEC PTA volunteers have worked very hard to create wonderful programs and events for everyone to enjoy and benefit from. I also feel that over the last few years many updates have been made in the way we run things. With all the technology available to us, and many great techie volunteers… things are going very well. Thanks so much to all you PTA volunteers who have brought us into the 21st century.
Over the next month or so, we are going to begin working on filling the PTA Board positions for next year. We will be checking in with our current board to see who will be continuing next year and opening up those positions of folks who are ready to hand over the reins. Please check the Eblasts and PTA web site http://pauleckecentral.com/pta-at-pec/pta-positions/ for position descriptions if you are interesting in joining our ranks. We have so many fantastic people on our board and would love to have you included. It is a wonderful organization to be involved in.
