Swiss Chard

~ 6 oz of Rainbow Chard

~ Med sized yellow onion finely chopped

~ Small Maui Sweet red onion finely chopped

~ 1/4 tsp minced roasted garlic (buy it already roasted in a jar)

~ small handful golden raisins

In a sautee pan heat up olive oil and brown 2 to 1 ratio of yellow and red onion so the onions carmelize nicely. Add chard and let cook for a minute with a lid on pan. Season to taste with salt and pepper and garlic. Add 1/4 cup of water and a sprinkle of golden raisins, replace lid and allow to simmer for 2 minutes. Remove lid, squeeze half of lemon over the chard, turn off heat, remove and serve. YUM!
