What is the Scrabble League?

For over two decades, the School SCRABBLE Program has been providing kids a fun and worthwhile extension of the classroom. Educators and parents have found that School SCRABBLE has positively impacted participating kids by strengthening:

  • Verbal skills
  • Curiosity
  • Math skills
  • Time management
  • Strategic thinking
  • Teamwork skills
  • Social skills
  • Attention span

When is the Scrabble League?

Session 1 of Scrabble League will be held on Mondays from 2:20-3:00 in the PEC Media Center. Our first meeting will be on Monday, November 9 and run through Monday, December 14th.

Who can participate?

Scrabble League is open to any student in grades 3-6. Scrabble boards will be available in Spanish and English. Space is limited, so fill out the permission slip below and return it school by Friday, October 16, if possible Please return the form below by Friday,  November 6th, 2015  to the PEC front office re: Jennifer Pirazzini
