Paul Ecke Central Elementary will be celebrating RED RIBBON WEEK from September 30- October 4. Our theme is Healthy Me, Way to Be and we have planned several activities to help students understand the importance of making healthy choices for their bodies and minds!

Schedule of Events for Students

★  9/30 M: Red Ribbon Kick-Off: Healthy Me, Way to Be; Classroom Decorating with Healthy Living themes; 9am-10am Special Guests from the California Training Facility (Whole School Assembly)

★  10/1 T: Spirit Day: “Eat a Rainbow,” dress in all different colors to represent fruits and veggies; Recess Activity: Healthy Me Pledge, Hand Tracing

★  10/2 W: Walk/Bike to School Day; Veggie Wars in the Garden

★  10/3 TH: BYO Water Bottle for the Hydration Station with herbal infusions a recess; 5/6th Grade Assembly with Teens on Healthy Choices

★  10/4 F: Spirit Day: “Wear Red” to close out our celebration of Red Ribbon Week and choosing a healthy lifestyle for our bodies and minds; Healthy Me Jamboree
